Drawing from both indigenous medicine and western practices, DAHC provides primary care and health promotion programs, including exercise classes. Their Aboriginal Patient Navigator program can help individuals, care-givers and their families better understand their plan of care and treatment options, overcome barriers while in the hospital and in the community, improve communication with service providers, and gain a greater sense of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual support.
